For most applications, products enter the ACCUVUE real-time x-ray inspection unit™ on a conveyor belt and are visually x-ray inspected. Pumped systems (for slurry products) and pour-through systems (for powder) are available. An image intensifier enhances the x-ray image which is transferred by a CCTV camera to the viewing monitor.

The image on the monitor magnifies your product and the defects for easy, non-destructive testing identification.

Constructed of stainless steel, the ACCUVUE unit is sealed harsh plant environments. Customized design and construction are available to accommodate special requirements. ACCUVUE real-time x-ray inspection equipment is a good solution when corrective actions are required under your HACCP program.
